Change in the Air Serbia flight numbering system for flights from 31 March 2024

From 31 March 2024, Air Serbia will change the flight numbers of certain scheduled flights from Belgrade (ranging between JU100 and JU999). Passengers holding tickets for travel from 31 March 2024 onwards, will be informed about this change via email or SMS, depending on the contact information they provided at the time of booking.
Passengers who have purchased their tickets through indirect sales channels, such as travel agencies or online travel agencies, should inquire about the status of the tickets at their point of sale, where they will receive information on whether their ticket has been successfully updated.
We kindly ask passengers to check the status of their reservation on the company's website airserbia.com in the My flight section or through the Air Serbia application before calling the Air Serbia Contact Centre.
